A transaction is any individual line item processed through Jenesys — an invoice, receipt, bank transaction, or journal entry. Multi-line documents count as multiple transactions based on line items extracted.
If you exceed your plan's transaction limit, additional transactions are billed at the overage rate shown for your tier. Overages are invoiced monthly in arrears. No surprises — you can monitor usage in your dashboard.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new rate takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
JackPlus adds human verification to every transaction. Our trained team reviews AI extractions for accuracy before publishing. You get a quality layer without hiring internally.
JackPod is our fully managed service. We handle all processing end-to-end using Jenesys tech and our delivery team. You remain the client relationship owner and answer technical queries via Comms Hub. Pricing is custom based on volume and complexity. JackPod is available on Professional plans and above.
The Company plan is designed for solo practitioners testing the platform or SMEs wanting to run their own bookkeeping. It supports a maximum of 3 clients or entities, and JackPod (our fully managed service) is not available. To unlock unlimited clients, upgrade to the Entry plan or higher. For JackPod eligibility, the Professional plan or higher is required.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Overages are calculated and billed monthly in arrears. We accept payment via direct debit or card.
