1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Jenesys services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Jenesys provides AI-powered bookkeeping automation services for accounting practices. Our platform integrates with Xero to automate transaction categorisation, reconciliation, and reporting.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Service Level Agreement

We commit to maintaining client data no more than 48 hours behind live transactions. For JackPod clients, month-end close is guaranteed within 7 working days. Specific SLA terms vary by subscription tier and are detailed in your service agreement.

5. Data Processing

You authorise us to access and process data from your connected Xero accounts for the purpose of providing our services. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenesys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in exporting your data.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
